Rohaley & Sons Plumbing Contractors have served Southwest Florida since 1993

Denis Rohaley started in the plumbing industry in 1975 as the youngest Certified Master Plumber in Florida. After opening several successful plumbing companies around the country, Denis moved his family back to his real home, Fort Myers. In 1993 he opened Rohaley & Sons Plumbing with his wife, two sons, and long-time employee, Nathan Hopkins. Both sons eventually left the business to pursue other interests. After Denis passed away in 2015, Nathan purchased the business and took over as President, continuing the company’s commitment to honest and successful business operations.

Rohaley & Sons is an underground plumbing business that specializes in new sewer installation, sewer replacement, septic tank abandonment, sewer and septic tank location, potable water installation, repair and replacement, backflow prevention, sewer and utility expansion projects. We work in six different counties in Southwest Florida and have connected more than 45,000 properties to sewer and water since 1993.

Everything we do is underground. We contract directly with homeowners, municipalities, utilities and work as subcontractors on larger projects where new sewer mains or potable water replacement or repair projects are happening.

Most plumbers don’t want to dig ditches; it is too labor-intensive. At Rohaley & Sons, we excavate 90% of our jobs by hand so that we don’t disturb our client’s landscaping. When we restore the area after a project is completed, it’s hard to tell we were even there. We don’t come in and make a big mess.

We have a great relationship with building departments and work closely with inspectors. We own all of our equipment, from septic pump-out trucks to dump trucks and tractors, and we use only experienced labor. We don’t subcontract out our work.

Customer satisfaction is our goal and to achieve it we need to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations every day.

“I like the fact we are doing our part to clean up Florida’s bodies of water. Getting rid of septic tanks keeps sewage from getting into the water table”
Nathan Hopkins
